Founded in Old Mystic, our mission is simple: deliver brighter, energy-efficient homes that save you money on lighting bills. Solar tubes, also known as solar skylights or light tubes, channel sunlight through a highly reflective tube from your roof to any room below. No electricity needed, just pure daylight. In Old Mystic's sunny CT climate, this means up to 99% light transmission on clear days, reducing reliance on artificial lights by 70-90%.

We're licensed, insured, and committed to Old Mystic building codes. Every installation includes a 10-year warranty on tubes and 25-year on domes. Our process starts with a free site assessment in Old Mystic, ensuring perfect placement for your space. We've helped Old Mystic families cut energy costs by hundreds annually while boosting mood and productivity with natural light therapy.

Our journey began when founder John Doe, a Old Mystic native, discovered Solatube during a trip to California. Frustrated by dark interiors in humid Old Mystic homes, he brought the technology home. Today, Mr Skylight Scribbles employs 20 skilled technicians, all trained at Solatube University. We've installed over 5,000 solar tubes in Old Mystic, CT, earning A+ BBB rating and 4.9 Google stars from Old Mystic clients.

In CT's variable weather, our rigid solar tubes outperform flexible ones, delivering consistent light even on cloudy days. We customize for Old Mystic's flat roofs and hurricane-prone conditions with impact-rated domes. Stats show our installs increase home values by 3-5% in Old Mystic real estate market, per local appraisers.
